C16 C18 Modified Fatty Alcohol Ethoxylate Properties
Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether sulfonate (AESO) was synthesized by the following two steps reactions: fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 5 ( AEO -5) reacted with metallic sodium to form sodium alkoxide, then in toluene solvent, the sodium alkoxide reacted with 2-chloroethyl sulfonate sodium to form AESO.
Chemical Structure:
AEOs are fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers based on natural prime C12- 14 alcohol and ethylene oxide.

Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether AEO Storage:
Storerooms must not be overheated (<50 ⁰C). The solidification points of these products also need to be considered. Liquid that has solidified or that shows signs of sedimentation should be gentle heated to 50-60⁰C and agitated before use.
Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether AEO Shelf life:
AEO3 have a shelf life of at least two years in their original packaging, provided they are stored properly and drums are kept tightly sealed.
