Description:
1. CPE is a kind of saturated rubber, which has excellent heat and oxygen aging, ozone aging, ACID and alkali resistance, and chemical properties.
2. CPE has average oil resistance, among which the resistance to ASTM No. 1 oil and ASTM No. 2 oil is excellent, equivalent to NBR; The resistance to ASTM No. 3 oil is excellent, superior to CR and equivalent to CSM.
3. CPE contains chlorine element, which has excellent flame retardancy and anti dripping characteristics. The flame retardant material with good flame retardancy and low cost can be obtained by properly matching it with antimony flame retardant, chlorinated paraffin and Al (OH) 3.
4. CPE is non-toxic, free of heavy metals and PAHs, and fully complies with environmental requirements.
5. CPE has high filling performance and can produce products meeting various performance requirements. CPE has good processability. There are many brands to choose from with Mooney viscosity between 50-100.

Application:
Chlorinated polyethylene Resin is a new type of synthetic material with a series of excellent properties. CPE can be regarded as a random copolymer of ethylene, polyethylene and 1,2-dichloroethylene. Its molecular chain is saturated and polar chlorine atoms are randomly distributed. Because of its excellent physical and chemical properties, it is widely used in machinery, electric power, chemical industry, building materials and mining industry. CPE is superior to most rubber in heat resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance, oil resistance is superior to nitrile rubber (NBR) and chloroprene rubber (CR), and aging resistance is superior to chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM); It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt and other corrosion properties, non-toxic, flame retardant, and explosion hazard.
