Product Description

Diisononyl Phthalate DINP

DINP is formed by esterification of isononyl alcohol and phthalic anhydride. In many respects, the plasticizing properties of DINP are similar to DEHP. However, the low volatility of DINP itself makes DINP quite advantageous in some applications. DINP is a general-purpose Plasticizer. Compared with DEHP, it has lower plasticization efficiency, water extraction rate, migration and slightly higher gelation temperature and electronic resistance. DINP has low volatility, which not only prolongs product life but also reduces evaporation during the manufacturing process
