Description Of DOTP 99.5%:
1. DOTP has good resistance to electricity and heat. It can replace DOP in PVC plastic electric wire sheath and can also be used in the production of Artificial leather film. In addition, it has excellent compatibility and can also be used for plasticizing acrylonitrile derivatives, Polyvinyl butyral, Nitrile rubber, nitrocellulose, etc. It also plays a role in improving the hardness and deformability of products, and can be used as a softener in Nitrile rubber, Neoprene, EPDM rubber and other products. Especially used on cable materials with good plasticizing effect and low volatility, it is widely used in various products that require heat resistance and high insulation. Application Of DOTP 99.5%:
Dioctyl Terephthalate (DOTP) is a high-performance main plasticizer used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics. Compared with the commonly used diisooctyl Phthalic acid (DOP), it has the advantages of heat resistance, cold resistance, difficult volatilization, anti extraction, good flexibility and electrical insulation. It shows excellent durability, soapy water resistance and low softness in products. Because of its low volatility, DOTP can fully meet the requirements of wire and cable temperature resistance grade, and can be widely used in 70 ° C cable materials (International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standard) and other various PVC soft products. DOTP can be used not only as a plasticizer for cable materials and PVC, but also in the production of Artificial leather film.
