Product description

Polyester has a certain degree of hydrophilicity, and the pellets are more sensitive to water at high temperatures, thereby reducing the molecular weight of the chips and reducing the mechanical properties of the final product. Therefore, drying is required before melting. The recommended drying conditions are the drying temperature of 165-185°C, the drying time of about 4-6 hours, and the dew point temperature should be controlled below -40°C.Recommended barrel injection temperature is 280-298℃.
