A lot of practice has proved that the molecular weight of the polymer increases with the increase of the time of addition. On the contrary, the molecular weight of the polymer will decrease. Therefore, in the production of low-molecular-weight products, strictly controlling the amount and speed of addition of hair initiators is a very critical part. The reaction temperature also directly affects the size of the molecular weight. If the temperature is too high, the polymerization reaction will intensify and the formation of implosion will seriously affect the size of the molecule and the solubility of the product. On the contrary, if the temperature is too low, the polymerization reaction will not proceed completely, and it will also affect the molecular weight. size. Therefore, in production, this is as important as the use of initiators, requiring uniform requirements and strict control.

The industrial production of polyacrylamide also has a history of decades, and the production process has been continuously improved. Now, in terms of molecular weight, PAM products mainly have three types: high, medium and low, with adjustable degrees between 104-107. Among them, low-molecular-weight products have higher requirements for each link in the production process. Usage:
