Description:
Changchun polyvinyl alcohol BP05 has the appearance of white particles, the product is a stable water-soluble polymer, and water is its good solvent. BP05 has good film-forming properties, the formed film has excellent adhesion, solvent resistance, friction resistance, tensile strength and oxygen anion resistance, because BP05 has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups, so BP05 has the properties of interfacial activity, so BP05 can be used as a protective colloid for polymer emulsification and suspension polymerization. These unique properties make BP05 widely used in all walks of life.
Application:
Due to the low viscosity of BP05, it can be used in over-estimated products as well as in high-flow low-viscosity products and medium and high-viscosity polyvinyl alcohols
(1) Textile industry: warp sizing agent for sizing engineering for weaving, stiffening and thickening agent for finishing and processing, raw material for making Pooh fiber and positioning agent between processing cloth and machine in gang printing engineering
(2) Paper industry: used as surface sizing agent during surface coating, adhesive for paper tubes or cardboard, re-wet bonding of stamp back glue, glue for pigment coating engineering and internal sizing of paper products
(3) Use as protective colloid in the manufacture of polyvinyl acetate PVAc (or its co-polymer such as EVA) emulsion
