                                      Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)

PVA is the main mixing slurry, convenient preparation, stable slurry, no corrosion deterioration, good adhesion to cotton, hemp, polyester, Vinamide, viscose fiber, smooth and tough slurry film, can increase the strength of yarn, reduce the broken end, has the advantages of saving amount, easy desizing and so on.

It has good flexibility, strong adhesive force and good film forming property. Widely used for bonding metal, wood, leather, glass, fiber and ceramics. PVA can be widely used in warp sizing and fabric finishing.
In actual use, according to different fiber characteristics, yarn count and yarn mixing ratio, choose different grades of PVA, mixed with different proportions of starch, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) or other sizing agents, add appropriate sizing additives, in order to obtain satisfactory sizing effect, improve weaving efficiency and fabric quality.
