Description Of Polyvinyl Alcohol:
Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVOH, PVA, or PVAl) is a water-soluble synthetic polymer. It has an idealized molecular formula [CH2CH (OH)] n. It is used in papermaking, textile warp sizing, polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) adhesive formula, various coatings and thickening agent and lotion stabilizer in 3D printing. It is colorless (white) and tasteless. It is usually provided in the form of beads or aqueous solutions. Without external addition of crosslinking agent, PVA solution can be repeatedly freeze-thaw gelatinized to produce high-strength, ultra pure, biocompatible hydrogel, which has been used in a variety of applications, such as vascular stents, cartilage, contact lenses, etc.

Application Of CCP PVA BP-05: It is used for manufacturing polyvinyl acetal, gasoline resistant pipeline and vinylon, fabric treatment agent, emulsifier, paper coating, adhesive, etc.
Use Method Of PVA BP-05:
Soluble PVA is soluble in water. The higher the water temperature is, the greater the solubility is, but it is almost insoluble in organic solvents. The solubility of PVA varies with the degree of alcoholysis and degree of polymerization. PVA with partial alcoholysis and low degree of polymerization dissolved very quickly, while PVA with complete alcoholysis and high degree of polymerization dissolved slowly. In general, the degree of alcoholysis is greater than the degree of polymerization. PVA dissolution process is carried out in stages, namely: affinity wetting swelling infinite swelling dissolution.
