Shark Solution PVB Emulsion For Paint

The emulsion type Pvb Resin developed by our company is emulsified with the powder type PVB Resin produced by our factory. It is the second PVB emulsion developed and mass-produced in the world after the United States. In order to ensure the environmental protection of the emulsion type PVB resin, the company insists on using the regular powder type PVB resin without recycling materials; in the emulsion type formulation, environmental friendly solvents and emulsification aids are used as much as possible.

The water-based PVB emulsion inherits the excellent properties of PVB resin and has good adhesion to steel, aluminum, glass, textiles and paper; it has good weather resistance and is not easy to be aged; it has excellent low temperature resistance and good ACID and alkali resistance. The product is flexible and resistant to 180° bending after film formation.

Shelf life and Store:

1. Product shelf life: This product is recommended to be sealed and stored at 10-30 °C, and the shelf life under sealed conditions is 6 months. Please stir well before use;

2. The product should be stored as far as possible away from the substances that cause the quality of the product to deteriorate, such as strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidant;

3. If you need to dilute before use, please add the diluent slowly while running under the condition of a stirrer;
