The PVC paste Resin produced by this method has excellent fluidity, less emulsifier dosage, and improved thermal stability and water resistance of the resin. In this production process, special attention should be paid to the following influencing factors: selection of suitable composite emulsifier and particle modifier system; homogenization of the components of the polymerization system; stirring speed; appropriate ratio of water to monomer.
