Description of Sanyou Paste PVC Resin SY-Z140:

Micro-suspension polymerization is a relatively new method for preparing PVC Paste Resin, which was industrialized as early as the mid-1960s. The process is: first part of the VCM (5%) is made into a stable emulsion (with a particle size of about 1.0μm) by mechanical homogenization, and then polymerized (an oil-soluble initiator must be selected). The PVC paste Resin produced by this method has excellent fluidity, a small amount of emulsifier, and the thermal stability and water resistance of the resin are improved. The production process requires special attention to the following influencing factors: selection of appropriate composite emulsifier and particle modifier system; homogenization of the components of the polymerization system; stirring speed; proper water to monomer ratio.
