R-298 by Pangang Titanium Industry is a multi-purpose, rutile Titanium Dioxide Pigment produced by the sulfate process, with a very fine particle size. It is known for its low oil absorption, high gloss, high tinting strength, durability, and dispersability. Possesses zirconium oxide and aluminium oxide inorganic surface treatment, in combination with a special organic coating. Offers very good hiding power, bluish undertone, high gloss retention, high tinting strength and good dispersibility in both water-borne and solvent-borne systems. R-298 is suitable for architectural exterior coatings, exterior industrial finishes, powder coatings, container coatings, coil coatings and inks.
