Description Of Changchun PVA BP-26:
Polyvinyl Alcohol is a water-soluble polymer with white or slightly yellow particles or powders. Water is a good solvent for polyvinyl alcohol, which has good film-forming properties. The resulting film has excellent adhesion, solvent resistance, friction resistance, tensile strength, and oxygen barrier properties. Because polyvinyl alcohol has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups, it possesses interfacial activity properties. So polyvinyl alcohol can serve as a protective colloid for polymer emulsification and suspension polymerization reactions. The above characteristics make polyvinyl alcohol widely used in various industries.

Remark Of CCP PVA 2688: (1)Viscosity of a 4.00 wt % standard grade PVA solution at 20.0 ℃ which is determined by Brookfield Viscometer LVF mode with UL adapter.
(2)Calculated as Na2O.
(3)pH is determined by pH meter at 20℃
(4)Viscosity of a 10 wt % tackified grade PVA solution which is determined by Brookfield Viscometer at 25℃
(5)Particle size of standard grades is all passes through 10-mesh ( 2.0 mm ) screen.
(6 ) Any Special Grades ( besides above ) can be made according to customer’s requirements.
