Description Of Sanyou EPVC SY-Z140:
Pvc Resin is mainly divided into General PVC Resin and Paste PVC Resin according to its purpose.
General PVC Resin (also known as G resin) is a resin that is processed and formed into dry or wet powder by mixing a normal amount of Plasticizer or auxiliary agent. And Paste PVC Resin (also known as P resin) is processed and formed by forming a paste, which is a resin with very fine particles.
Conventional PVC Resin is divided into two main categories in terms of processing. One type is general-purpose resin, produced by suspension or bulk methods, with an average particle diameter of 50-200 μ m. This type of PVC resin is usually combined with additives and formed through processing such as rolling, extrusion, and injection molding;
The other is Paste PVC Resin, produced by lotion method or micro suspension method, with average particle diameter of 5~30 μ M or smaller, this type of PVC Resin is usually combined with additives to form a paste, which is formed by scraping, impregnation, and plasticizing, and then heated to form a product.
Blended resin is a special PVC Resin that falls between the above two types of resins, with particle diameters ranging from 20 to 60 μ m. The structure is compact and there are few plasticizers. This type of resin is usually mixed with paste resin, which not only partially replaces Paste Resin, but also can adjust paste viscosity, improve paste processability, expand the range of use of Paste PVC Resin, and improve the quality of Paste PVC Resin products.
