Industry Grade Hydroxypropyl Cellulose For Powder Coating
The usage of HPMC In Construction:
1. Cement mortar: Improve the dispersibility of cement sand, greatly improve the plasticity and water retention of mortar, have an effect on preventing cracks, and enhance the strength of cement.
2. Ceramic tile cement: Improve the plasticity and water retention of pressed ceramic tile mortar, improve the adhesive strength of ceramic tiles, and prevent pulverization.
3. Coating of refractory materials such as asbestos: As a suspension stabilizer, a flow improver, and also improves the adhesive strength to the substrate.
4. Gypsum concrete slurry: Improve water retention and workability, and improve adhesive strength to the substrate.
5. Joint cement: added to the joint cement used for gypsum boards to improve fluidity and water retention.
6. Latex putty: Improve the fluidity and water retention of Resin latex based putty.
7. Plaster: As a paste that replaces natural materials, it can improve water retention and improve adhesive strength with the substrate.

10. Secondary products of cement and gypsum: used as a press molding adhesive for hydraulic substances such as cement asbestos series, to improve fluidity and obtain uniform molded products.
11. Fiber wall: Due to its anti enzyme and anti bacterial properties, it is effective as an adhesive for sand walls.
12. Other: It can be used as a bubble retention agent for thin cement mortar and slurry operators.
The Production Method of Hydroxypropyl Cellulose:
There are two types of HPMC preparation in industry: intermittent type and continuous type. Intermittent type refers to the process of alkalizing cellulose, pressing, crushing, and ripening it, and then etherifying it with etherifying agents in an autoclave to produce a crude product. The continuous type does not require pressing, crushing, and ripening. After alkalization, it is convenient for etherification reaction in a high-pressure pipeline reactor to continuously feed and discharge materials. The preparation of HPMC mostly adopts the liquid phase method because the finished product obtained by this method has good uniformity. Generally, 35% to 50% alkali liquor is used to prepare alkali cellulose, and the mass ratio of cellulose to alkali liquor is 1: (0.5 to 2.6).

Plastic coated Polypropylene woven bags, net weight of each bag: 25kg. During storage and transportation, it shall be protected from sunlight, rain, and moisture.
